I want to check the status of my subscription

You can at any time check the status of your subscription by clicking on 'my account' settings and by going to 'my subscriptions' tab. 

If on a desktop/pc:

Click on your account name at the top right of the website (next to the cart and where the current balance is), click on 'my subscriptions' tab and you will be able to see what's the status of your subscription. Alternatively, you can follow this link: https://www.jackpot.com/account-subscriptions

If on a mobile:

Tap the three horizontal lines on the top left, tap 'my account', tap 'activity' and then 'subscriptions'. Alternatively, you can follow this link: https://www.jackpot.com/account-subscriptions
